Join us for an unforgettable 90 minute Regeneration Session, as we take you through 
 some extremely powerful breathing and recovery protocols. These techniques, if used consistently over time, will enhance your health and wellbeing significantly.

This session will be facilitated in our purpose built Restoration Zone - Your place to stress less and heal, your healing place. 


STEP 1: BREATH
Breath and the cold are the best friends you never knew you had.
You will be introduced to world record holder Wim Hof's incredible Wim Hof Method. By learning and training his specific breathing technique you can hold your breath longer and make conscious contact with your heart, autonomic nervous system, and immune system. It also has a positive influence on your blood circulation.
 

STEP 2:ice bath

Cold Therapy Pools or ‘Ice Baths’ are commonly used by many athletes around the world as a recovery protocol to aid in reducing soreness, inflammation and flush lactic acid – minimising fatigue and maximising performance.

In more recent times the treatment has been popularised by people such as world record holder Wim Hof, through his Wim Hof Method, professional athletes and celebrities like Tony Robbins who starts each day with cold water immersion.

YIN STRETCHING ROUTINES TO OPTIMISE RANGE OF MOTION
Your Regeneration Session will finish off with our latest addition to our Restoration Zone, ROM WOD. These mobility 'WODs' are based on ancient Kung Fu techniques that strengthen and open joints resulting in optimal range of motion. 
BOOST PERFORMANCE
Increased range of motion can generate power and promote efficiency of functional movements through improved position and posture.
OPTIMIZE RANGE OF MOTION
Range of Motion is optimized through the strengthening of ligaments and tendons while simultaneously removing excess fascia through specific stretching routines.
ACCELERATE RECOVERY
Recovery is increased through the natural release of hyaluronic acid while simultaneously resetting the central nervous system.
