We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming FREE Community Month. 

This event is open to everyone who lives in our local area. 

You don’t need to be a member to attend!

During Community Month, Function Well members and members of the local 
community are encouraged to bring friends, family, co-workers, and loved 
ones to experience our holistic view on fitness...... ABSOLUTELY FREE, no strings attached!

Booking for each event over the month is essential. 

WEEK 1:

Week 1 we are opening our doors to the local community 
to try any of our classes, or the gym floor. 

If you are a member, this is your chance to bring a friend or 
co-worker to check out how you stay fit and healthy.

Free Cooking Demonstration: Veggie Loaded Snacks & Treats
We are excited to bring to you Nutritionist, Sofie van Kempen and Shan Cooper,
with their "Veggie Loaded Snacks & Treats" Workshop.

Shan and Sofie love to cook pure unadulterated food that is not only good for 
the body but also good for the soul. This workshop is designed to help you gain confidence 
in the kitchen and assist you to take control of your own health through healing foods and recipes. 

All of their workshops focus upon utilising simple, real food to make delicious healthy recipes 
that don't take hours slaving away in the kitchen because really who does have the time?

Recipes will be a variety of healthy snack & treat options loaded with vegetables such as 
cauliflower based dairy free ice cream, kombucha based green smoothies, low sugar 
bliss balls just to give you an idea of what you are in for!
